How questions stay in the game

Last updated: October 27, 2026

The bank is curated

The prompts you can read in the question library are the approved bank. They are grouped into six categories: funny, life, money, deep, work, and relationships. A new prompt does not appear because someone typed it. Player suggestions are reviewed before they can be approved, and a suggestion that is rejected never enters the daily rotation.

The library is the public copy of that bank. It changes when prompts are added or retired. It is not a scrape of another would-you-rather site, and it is not a generated list of keyword pages.

Reports

After you vote, the result screen has a report control. A report is for a prompt that should not be in the game: something abusive, something that is not a real choice, or something that is broken. One report does not remove a prompt. Reports are counted per prompt, and the same player cannot pile reports onto one prompt to force it out.

When a prompt is retired

A scheduled job retires prompts that have stopped being worth asking. Two rules, either of which is enough:

A retired prompt leaves the approved bank, so it will not be dealt in a future daily set. Retirement is how the bank stays a set of real dilemmas instead of a pile of one-sided jokes. The check runs every day at 02:00 UTC.

What this means for a split you see

A 60/40 result is a healthy prompt. A 51/49 result is the game working as intended. A prompt that collapses to 98/2 is on its way out, once it has enough votes for that ratio to mean something. Twenty-four votes at 96/4 do not retire it. Twenty-five votes past 95 percent do.

If you think a prompt in the library should not be there, the way to say so is to report it inside the game, or to write to privacy@buzzle.app with the prompt text.
